Terms of Service

AllDigital GY provides digital services including but not limited to website design and development, branding and graphic design, social media management, business system development, content creation, and related digital services.

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in a written proposal or agreement provided before work begins. Work does not commence until the proposal is accepted and any required deposit is received.

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Typical terms include a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or in agreed milestones.

All prices quoted are in the currency specified in the proposal (GYD or USD). Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the proposal unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may result in project delays. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on a project if payment is overdue by more than 14 days.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. A revision round consists of consolidated feedback provided at one time, not individual ad-hoc changes.

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be charged at an hourly rate or agreed upon separately. Significant scope changes after project approval may require a revised proposal.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. This includes design files, code, and content created specifically for the project.

We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licence terms. We will inform you of any third-party licences associated with your project.

Timely delivery of projects depends on the client providing required content, feedback, and approvals within agreed timeframes. Delays in client-side deliverables may extend the project timeline.

The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content provided to us for use in the project.

AllDigital GY provides its services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

Our total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. If the client terminates, payment is due for all work completed up to the date of termination. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to terminate a project if the client fails to respond to communications for more than 30 consecutive days.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Guyana.
